Ripple Co-Founder Hacked For 213 Million XRP During Telling Mercury Mars Conjunction

On Monday January 31st Ripple’s co-founder’s personal wallets were hacked for a total of 213 million XRP.

This hack happened while Moon transited with Ketu, and Mercury and Mars were closely conjunct. I have mentioned several times that Mercury and Mars together while Moon is under malefic influence, such as with Ketu, creates hacks.

In this case, the Mercury and Mars conjunction was in almost exact kendra or square to Ripple’s natal Sun. Sun represents leaders, so it is not surprising that this hack targeted one of Ripple’s leaders, its co-founder Chris Larsen.

Earlier on January 10th, Reuters reported that according to sources who wanted to remain anonymous, Ripple which is a privately owned company was initiating a buyback of $285 million in its shares from its early investors and employees.  

Interestingly on this date, Sun transited right where Mercury and Mars transited at the time of the hack on Larsen’s wallets. 

Due to the position of Moon on both dates, I See that the person who performed this hack was motivated in some way by Ripple’s internal share buyback decision, to steal XRP by hacking Larsen’s personal wallets. 

The anonymous sources had told Reuters that Ripple planned to do regular buybacks and that its reason was to provide its early investors with liquidity.
